Storage Rack Recommendation for Hitch Bike Racks

Question:
Purchased a Swagman XTC4 having last year purchased a Thule Parkway from you and I love it - much easier to load and unload and super stable! The question I have is what about storage? Could it be hung and from which parts? from hooks in my garage either against a vertical wall and/or suspended from the ceiling? I certainly can try and err but was wondering if anyone there had any ideas from their experience... Thanks!
