Question:
My back up solenoid diverts fluid and dumps back into the fluid reservoir through a port in the side of the reservoir. Why does the replacement master cylinder not have this port and where can I find one with this port?

Expert Reply:
Most brake actuating couplers have gone to a normally open reverse electric lockout so the replacement master cylinders are made to replace those. You would need to use the proper replacement master cylinder and then use a different lockout solenoid, such as # T4748800 for Titan actuators, since the other type is no longer available.
