Under the brake controler description, what does the degree function do? Ive seen 360, 90, and 70.

For proportional brake controllers degrees refers to the range it can be mounted at and still function.
The # TK90160 has a 70 degree mounting range (see pic), and the P2 # 90885 has a 360 degree mounting range (see second pic). As long as you are within the controllers range it will function.
The P2 has a more flexible range it can be mounted in.
