Could Someone Drink Water from the Camco Water Hose Brass Elbow

Question:
Is this faucet drinking water safe? I know a lot of metal parts made in China contain lead. Can you find out if this part contains any lead or other toxic materials since I will use it for drinking water.

If you are okay with drinking from a garden hose then the Camco Water Hose Brass Elbow # CAM22605 that you referenced would work well for you. It's made of the same material (brass), as the fittings of a garden hose so you would be just fine drinking out of it.
