Fender Dimensions for the Fulton Fender F008540

I need a fender for my boat trailer. The white Fulton 8540 looks like an exact match for the fender I have. I was wondering if the Fulton 8542 with top step would fit in the same brackets at the original? Any ideas?

The best way to know if the Fulton Single Axle Trailer Fender # F008540 would work for you as a replacement to what you currently have is to compare the dimensions of your trailer with the dimensions in the picture I attached.
