I have abnormal wear due to factory using common bolts in suspension. No spline and threaded part to long. Shackles, bolts and bushings are shot. Rig weight is 4500 pounds. Axle spacing 33 inch. Springs 25.25. Hangers front- rear 2 inch. Middle 2.75. Shackles 3.25. Equalizers 6.125 by 2.375. 4 inch axle springs on top. Will k71-652-00 work ? Thanks

Dexter E-Z Flex Heavy Duty Rubber Suspension System # K71-652-00 is meant for 33-inch spaced tandem axle applications like yours. Compatible mounting hole centers are from 5-1/4 to 6-1/4-inches apart (please see the linked photo). The shackle straps included have hole centers spaced at 2-1/4-inches, which should be correct if your shackle straps' length measures 3-1/4-inches overall.
This kit includes shackle bolts with grease zerk fittings for simplified lubrication using a grease gun like # 30-800 and grease such as # L54FR. The equalizer itself also has zerk grease fittings on top.
The Tennessee Trailer website does not offer details about the suspension components used in your 3900 series but if you can match dimensions of the parts in the kit it will work for you.
