Troubleshooting Belly Dump Trailer with No Left Turn Signal

Question:
I have a 2006 kW hook up to a belly dump the emergency lights work ok the right turn signal works ok but the left turn no go I moved some wires under the dash and it came on but when I turned off the left turn signal it would not come on again also the market light on the tractor stop working would that be a switch ?? Thank you for your help

It sounds like the problem is the ground on the left side is bad. If the light grounds through the mounting hardware then you will want to make sure the light is attached to a clean metal surface. I would remove the light assembly and check to make there is no rust or corrosion and fix as necessary.
If the assembly grounds through a wire I recommend you trace that wire back to where it terminates to confirm that where it attaches is clean and free of rust and corrosion as well.
