Question:
I recently purchased a Kuat Beta bike rack from you. I have a Class II receiver and purchased an adapter. There is quite a bit of sway with the rack attached, so I would appreciate advice on the which anti rattle/sway product would be best for me to purchase. Thank you.

When using adapters, the play you are experiencing is a common problem. When using accessories in a trailer hitch, sometimes they are a perfect fit, sometimes they are a bit loose and other times they are so tight that you must file the accessory down a bit.
Because, there is not always a perfect fit, there are anti-rattle devices made. One option is the Stainless Steel Locking, Anti-Rattle Threaded Hitch Pin # SR25219 that you could use on the 2 inch receiver end. I have included a product demonstration video for you to check out.
