Question:

I have a 2024 GMC 2500 Denali. I am looking to see if A BE stow and Go 2.5 inch with a 5 drop is comparable with my multi function tailgate. I also would like you to suggest an anti rattle locking pin that will work with that set up. Thanks

Hey JC, thanks for reaching out!

The B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount # BWTS20066BMP is definitely compatible with the MultiPro tailgate on your 2024 GMC Sierra 2500, but the only one available to fit exactly with a 2-1/2" hitch receiver is the one I mentioned above which has a 7" rise/drop. Since you need less than this it will work out just fine for your towing application.

Then for an anti-rattle pin I recommend the XL Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # SHP2040-XL because it gets you both the anti-rattle feature as well as a lock to keep the ball mount secured to your hitch receiver.

An alternative would be using the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount # BW29FR with the Magnetic Adapter # e28JR. This is also designed for the MultiPro tailgate, but it does require an adapter instead of being a custom fit as-is.

Do they not my the 2.5 inch in a 5 inch drop?

@Jc Unfortunately not. The only options they have for the 2-1/2" hitch receiver come with a 7" rise/drop in the 2-Ball kit I mentioned above, or the 3-Ball Kit # BWTS20067BMP.
