Curt trailer hitch # C11276 fits various years and models of the Toyota Prius and cannot be installed on your 2014 Ford Fusion. Hitches are custom fit to the vehicles they are designed for so for your 2014 Ford Fusion you would need hitch # C12091 for a comparable Curt hitch. Please note this hitch will not fit Titanium models. This hitch uses 1/2"-13 x 1-1/2 grade 8 carriage bolts. I have linked a video showing how it installs.
If you will be doing some light duty towing then the correct ball mount is # C45016. For a 1-7/8 inch ball you can use # 19256 and for a 2 inch use # 19258. And for trailer wiring use # 118574. I have linked a video showing how it installs as well.
If you want to use the hitch for an accessory such as a bike rack or cargo carrier then you have to make sure the accessory is rated for use with a Class II trailer hitch. Curt also says you have to use stabilization strap # 18050 when using this hitch for any non-trailer load (such as a bike rack or car go carrier) per their warranty requirements.
