Question:
Hi. Im think about buying a 2nd hand 2005 Jayco Hertiage 19 foot Dual wheel 14 inch caravan. Ball weight 456 lb 207kgs, GVM 3,732 lb 1,692 kgs and ATM 4,186 lb 1,899 kgs. If i buy it I need to turn it 90 degrees with little room for maneuvering into a tight spot for storage - virtually rotate at 90 degrees almost on the spot not quite. The surface is concrete and virtually flat.

Yes, the handle on the Trailer Valet Swivel Jack and Trailer Mover, part # STC-V211, that you referenced can be turned so the trailer can be steered to make 90 degree turns so you will be able to maneuver your camper into a tight spot.
I have included a video review of the Trailer Valet Swivel Jack and Trailer Mover which shows the trailer mover moving a trailer around tight corners.
