From my research it looks like you have 6,000 lb axles on your trailer. You may want to check to see if there is a plate or sticker that shows the axle weight capacity.
If you have a 5-bolt brake mounting flange I recommend the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Brake Assembly, part # 23-459 for the right hand and part # 23-458 for the left hand. These are designed to use with 12 inch hubs and drums. I have attached links to a product review video and an initial setup video for these brakes.
Since the mounting bolts, washers, nuts, and adjuster plugs are not included you will want to order those. I recommend part # 7-5, part # 38LW, part # 38N, and part # BP10-220.
If your wheels are 8 lug as you mentioned I recommend a hub and drum assembly like part # 8-219-4UC3. These are designed for 5,200 to 7,000 lb axles and includes bearings, races, seal, grease cap, wheel bolts and lug nuts. You can check out the part numbers of the bearings and seals on your trailer and compare them to the numbers included with this assembly to see if they match. I have attached a product review for this hub/drum assembly.
To make sure you have the right hub for your wheels I have attached a helpful article that explains how to measure your wheel bolt pattern.
