Curt Hitch Recommendation for a 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan

Question:
It looks like this hitch is a good match for my 2004 Grand Caravan. But... I notice that there is not an install video for the 2004 and want to make sure it will work on my vehicle which DOES NOT have stow and go seating. Please let me know if it will work for me. Thank you,
