Thanks for returning to etrailer.com for your towing needs.
You basically have six different options when it comes to a trailer hitch for your 2013 Ford Econoline Van.
Class III with 2 inch receiver, Curt # 13055 and Draw-Tite # 75703, both with 600 lb tongue weight capacity and 6,000 lbs towing.
Class IV with 2 inch receiver, Curt # 14055 and Draw-Tite # 41906, both with 1000 lb tongue weight capacity and 10,000 lbs towing.
Class V with 2 inch receiver, Draw-Tite # 41945 with 1500 lb tongue weight capacity and 10,000 lbs towing.
Please keep in mind that your towing set-up is only as strong as it's weakest link so I do recommend checking your owner's manual to determine the towing capacity of your van. You will want to ensure that you do not exceed the capacity of the lowest rated component.
If you are planning to do some towing, I have included an article that covers the steps to choosing the correct ball mount for your set-up. You might be interested in etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
If the ball mount kit does not have the right rise or drop to tow the trailer level, I have also included a link to additional ball mount options for you.
For trailer wiring, take a look at the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector, # C56020.
