I checked the owners manual online for the 2014 Ford F-150 to find all of the fuses and relays related to the tow package wiring. Under the hood in the power distribution box there are several:
Relay 6 - trailer parking lamps
Relay 9 - trailer battery charge
Fuse 17 - brake controller
Fuse 21 - power to relay 9
Relay 37 - trailer left turn and brake lights
Relay 38 - trailer right turn and brake lights
Relay 39 - trailer reverse lights
Fuse 43 - power to relay 39
Fuse 67 - power to trailer parking lamp relay
Fuse 73 - power to trailer brake light and turn signal relays
For the in-cab fuse panel there is just one, fuse 37 for a brake controller.
Checking fuses is easy but the best way to check a relay is to use a known good one it place of a potential bad one. Once you have determine which relay it is you can tell the parts department and they could then probably figure out the right replacement.
