Can a Trailer Hitch be Installed on an RV Built on a 2007 Ford E-350 Chassis with Rear Propane Tank

Question:

2007 E-350 cut-A-way van hitch Hello can you tell me if there is a hitch made that is made for the above van that has a propane tank mounted in the rear of the van.

Hitch manufacturers do not test custom fit hitches on RV cut away models because there are too many different bodies that could be put on the chassis for them to test them all. Your best option would be to use a weld on hitch, see link, or have something fabricated using some of the hitch fabrication parts we carry, also linked.

Welding should be performed by a qualified professional welder who can guarantee the hitch capacity once fabricated and/or installed. When welding to the vehicle it would be a good idea to move that propane tank out of the way!
