The 008-201-09 number you provided comes back on a Dexter Axle hub that we offer as part # 8-201-9UC3-EZ, a 12 x 2 inch brake drum.
This hub uses a 25580 inner and 15123 outer bearing, so please check the reference numbers on your existing bearings to confirm that this hub is compatible. These hubs use a grease seal with a 2-1/8 inch inner diameter. Since it's kind of difficult to measure the inner diameter of a used grease seal, measure the OD of the spindle where the grease seal rides. You'll want to use a highly accurate measuring device like a digital caliper.
For brake assemblies, I'd recommend Titan's # T4489500 for the right side and # T4489600 for the left. The brake assembly is Galphorite coated to combat corrosion in marine environments. The brake assemblies are compatible with the 5-bolt mounting flange you described. Mounting hardware for the brake assemblies is sold separately. The bolts are part # 7-5, nuts are # 38N and the split lock washers are # 38LW. You'll need 5 of each for each brake assembly.
