Question:
I will be towing a 2005 Saturn Vue behind a 2003 Alfa See Ya. The Alfa came with the following tow equipment: Roadmaster Falcon all Terrain tow bar. Brakemaster 9000 brake system installed on the Alfa see pictures. Will what I have work with the RM98160? What else do I need to make this system work?

Expert Reply:
It sounds like your 2003 Alfa See Ya has everything on the tow vehicle side of the equation needed for the BrakeMaster 9000 to work. Because of that all you would need is the RoadMaster Second Vehicle Kit # RM-98160 and the correct seat adapter for your 2005 Saturn Vue, part # RM-88241.
For a base plate kit you would want the part # 3111-1 for if you have a 4 cylinder engine or part # 3121-1 for if you have a V6.
For lighting you can use the bulb and socket kit, # RM-155, and not have to worry about cutting and splicing into the vehicle wiring.
For safety cables you can use # RM-643. The coiled design helps keep the cables off of the ground.
