Absolutely! For your 2016 Acura TLX I recommend Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 24942. This is a Class I trailer hitch with a 1-1/4 inch receiver. I have included a link to the instructions for you.
If you want to use the hitch for an accessory such as a bike rack or cargo carrier then you have to make sure the accessory is rated for use with a Class I trailer hitch. Also, with a bike rack, you are limited to 2 bikes maximum on a Class I hitch.
Check the vehicle owner's manual to see if towing is acceptable with this vehicle. For a ball mount I recommend # 3593, for a 1-7/8 inch ball I recommend # 19256 and for a 2 inch ball I recommend # 19258. For a trailer wiring harness I recommend # C59236 to add a 4-Way flat connector at the back of the vehicle.
