Provided the right utility aspect for me with almost zero visibility on the rear of my vehicle. It’s hardly noticeable!
Fits very nicely behind and under bumper and only the receiver can be seen. It mounts a bit higher which is good for ground clearance. The pre-drilled bolt holes in the hitch were a very tight fit but with 2 people or a jack it was easy. Directions were good. Removing the bumper was not actually that difficult. Took me about 2 hours and I am not a professional. Great hitch!
This hitch receiver is great! Was fairly easy to install on my own (as long as you have your own tools and are mechanically/assembly inclined) for an Acura TLX. I use a Yakima bike rack and it's nice expanding my mountain biking to trails further afield! Thanks Draw-Tite!
Excellent hitch. It has a minimal look to it where you can only see the hitch sticking out. Most of everything else is hidden behind the bumper. It was easy to install and the folks at strainer are great to work with. I would def choose etrailer again in the future for my hitch needs.
Also bought a wire harness from them that was easy to install.

This receiver hitch fit my 2016 Acura perfectly. The online installation video is what sold the product for me and made the installation process straight forward and easy. I don't own any tools anymore except for a couple of screwdrivers that were to large for the job. I went to a local thrift shop where I know they have a lot of used tools and picked out what I needed according to the video. Five dollars later I had a ratchet, some extensions and all the sockets I needed. I found a small right angle ratcheting phillips head screw driver like the one in the video at Walmart for $9.00. I used a hack saw and a razor knife to cut out the notch in the back fender panel. I started shopping for tools around 11:00 am that day and had the hitch installed by 2:30. However, putting all those little screws back into the left and right wheel wells proved challenging. I finally gave up on the last one around 4:00 but, that's not an etrailer problem now is it.
All and al, the online ordering process and package tracking was excellent. I have never done business with this company before. My order was processed and shipped quickly. 5 stars.
The link provided on the instruction sheet for additional pictures didn't work. Also the exact details, e.g., number of screws, was a bit off for my particular vehicle. Having said that the whole process was fairly smooth. I had a slight bit of trouble getting the trailer hitch and bumper lined up with the holes but a little help from a floor jack cured this minor issue.
The hitch is solidly built and does indeed work on a 2018 Acura TLX SH-AWD.
I will be using the trailer hitch solely for a bike rack, no trailer towing for me.
The fit was great. Love how this hitch is low profile, and the only thing visible is the receiver. The installation video was very helpful.
Bought it a year ago. It has been perfect to use with the bike carrier on the back of the car and looks good too!
Was exactly what I needed. Fit my car as promised. Absolutely no complaints. What more can I say?

A year later, the hitch is great. It does exactly what I expect of it. No issues at allwhich is perfect!
Very speedy delivery on this hitch for a bicycle rack. Took it to U-Haul to have installed today and that apparently went smoothly.
I wanted a clean look so I opted for this hitch which turned out great.
There was some extra work on the install but it turned out perfect

Still going strong. I use it mainly for a bike rack so no heavy duty use. Dont even know its there really....until I mount the bikes!
