For your 2012 Mercedes Benz Sprinter 3500 the best solution I can provide for you that will provide you with anti-sway would be the SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway-Control Kit # SSA12MTKT. This will provide you with additional suspension support in the rear and will also greatly help prevent sway.
We currently don't offer any sway bars like the part # RM-1209-120 that you referenced that are confirmed to fit your vehicle.
