Actually to install the Prodigy P3 Brake Controller part # 90195 in your 2007 Chevy Tahoe you don't need an install adapter. There are 4 blunt cut wires under the dash that will allow you to wire the controller directly to your vehicle. GM did not equip your vehicle with brake controller port like some vehicles, instead they just left a bundle of wires to use.
I attached an install video plus a help article that covers everything on how to wire in your controller to your Tahoe.
