Had Valley slider hitch with Valley 4-bolt rails and custom bracket on 2007 Chevrolet Silverado HD 4 X 4 crew cab with regular box6-1/2 ft. Now purchased 2015 Chevrolet Silverado HD 4 x 4 crew cab with regular box6-1/2 ft. I understand the custom brackets from the 2007 will not fit the 2015 as Chevrolet did a frame change. What brandname brackets/hardware will be compatible for the 2015 Chevrolet Silverado HD 4 X 4 model to enable me to continue using the Valley slider hitch and Valley 4-bolt rails? If you could advise what is compatible for both custom and universal brackets/hardware and then I can make a decision which I would care to purchase and have installed. Thanks!

Valley has gone out of business, so they do not have frame brackets available that will work with your Valley base rails and you will need to replace the whole installation kit. For a kit that fits all models of the 2015 Chevy Silverado you can use Reese universal kit # RP30035. I have included a link to the installation instructions to the right.
This kit will accept any hitch that fits in industry standard above the bed rails, including your Valley slider hitch. I also recommend adding in-bed wiring, # 50-97-410.
For a custom rail kit use # C16411-204. The base rails included with this kit will fit your Valley fifth wheel hitch.
