Could you give me several recommendations for hitch cargo carriers that will work with a Curt Trailer Hitch C11303 for the 2014 Hyundai Elantra Sedan? I would like several good options to pick from.

From among these the one I suggest you consider is the Curt Hitch Cargo Carrier # C18110, because it offers 3-3/4-inches of height rise in the shank - for better ground clearance.

Both carriers come with a hitch pin and clip, but if you wish to be able to lock the carrier to your hitch you can use part # 2866DAT. You might also consider a cargo net like # C18200 or cargo control tie-downs, which are shown on the other link.

Last, note that your cargo weight capacity will be limited by the weight of the carrier you choose. Since your hitch has a 200-lb tongue weight capacity, if you choose a carrier that weighs 50-lbs for example, then you can load up to 150-lbs of cargo.
