will this actuator work with disc brakes. what actuator should i use, 3500# pontoon brakes one axle. thanks Aero 6000

The Replacement Master Cylinder Assembly # T4395100 that you referenced is only designed to work with drum brakes.
For an Aero 6000 master cylinder kit the part # T4714200042 will work with disc brakes but you would need to reuse the other parts.
