I got a schematic for the # DL24410 right angle bracket from my contact at Dutton-Lainson, and the center to center hole measurements for the smaller holes are 3-1/4 inches side to side, or 2-1/8 inches front to back.
The outside openings of the oval holes are in line with the centers of the smaller holes.
The bracket itself measures 5-7/16 inches wide, and both sides are 5 inches long from the center of the bend.
