Can you tell me if this hitch fits a 2015? Also, the rear mounting hole on the drivers side has threads. Will the bolts that come with this hitch fit?

Yes, the trailer hitch # C11527 is a confirmed fit for the 2015 Buick Encore. If you plan on doing some towing the correct ball mount is # 36071 and you can use 1-7/8 inch ball # 19256 or 2 inch ball # 19258. For trailer wiring you can use # 118588.
If you are not towing, and using it for a bike rack or a cargo carrier, you will also need the stabilizer strap # 18050.
