When it comes to a trailer hitch receiver for a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe, you will have different options, like Class II or Class III, depending on the style of your vehicle. I have attached an article which covers the Class and size differences.
For the Sport model, we have a Class III receiver, the Curt, # C13152, which has a 2" hitch opening.
For the GLS and Limited, a Class III like the Curt # C13153 is the only option.
I personally recommend going with the Class III 2" hitch. Not only does the Class III hitch offer a higher weight capacity but it also gives you the added benefit of having more options when it comes to hitch mounted accessories.
