Is 4 Bolts Adequate to Install a Fifth Wheel Rail Kit in a Truck Bed

Question:

I just had a fiftwheel installed in my truck and was surprised to see only 4 screws out of 12 are actually going to hold this unit to the frame is this a good installation

If you are referring the Reese Select Plus 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP30081, then yes all it takes is 4 pins to secure the hitch into the rails installed in the bed of your truck.
