How do you make the vertical adjustment on the Q24? Do you need special wrenches?

It is necessary to use a torque wrench to seat the four M14 - 2 x 45mm hex bolts to the specified rating as noted in the linked instructions for the Curt Q24 5th wheel hitch # C16245. You will also want to have open end wrenches for initial fitment.
