Your absolute best solution would be to use your 1,400 lb rated Equalizer system for when you have the motorcycle loaded and then use a lighter rated head and spring bar when you aren't transporting the motorcycle. For that you would want to use the # FA92-00-0800. This will work with your current shank and spring bar hangers.
Loaded tongue weight is everything for weight distribution systems. With as wide of a range you have there's not a way to effectively use your current system with a tongue weight that is 600 lbs lighter.
