Hey Bill. The best option to address sway without using a weight distribution hitch will be to use the Curt True Course item # C94VV. This is an electronic sway device that mounts directly to the side of your trailer's tongue and plugs into your 7-way connector. It has sensors built into it that sense when the trailer is swaying and applies the brakes to pull the trailer straight.

What kind of trailer do you have and why aren't you interested in a weight distribution hitch?

I have a 16 ft Jayco total lenght is 21 feet, empty weight is 3500 lbs, fully loaded is 4750 lbs which will never be near the fully loaded weight, I've towed it over a thousand miles and experince no sway, looking for some extra insurance if that makes sense,

@Bill That makes complete sense. The Curt True Course item # C94VV will definitely give you that extra assurance and piece of mind.
