On the 2014 Ford F-53 chassis the brake controller port is located on the left hand side of one of the steering column supports. The plug is gray in color, and you should be able to see it if you look to the right of the emergency brake release handle.
If you don't already have a brake controller, I can highly recommend the Tekonsha P3, part # 90195. To install the controller onto your motorhome, you would use harness # 3035-P which is compatible with Tekonsha brake controllers.
