Updated 10/19/2026 | Published 10/18/2026

Question:

Hello I have a bandit jet ski trailer with three leaf leaf springs that need to be replaced. They measure 19 1/2 eye to eye, do you have this size? I would want yo replace all the parts, u bolts, plates, the bolts for the eyes too. Thank you

Hey Ulf,

We have a couple of 3-leaf double-eye springs that might work for your Bandit jet ski trailer:

# SP-072275 – 18-5/16" long, for 3,300-lb axles.

# 072-017-00 – 20-1/4" long, for 2,000-lb axles.

One thing I'd like to double-check is your 19-1/2" measurement. Was that taken with the trailer jacked up so the springs were completely unloaded? Leaf springs tend to flatten and stretch over time, so your original springs may have been shorter when new.

If your springs truly measure 19-1/2" unloaded, neither of these would be a direct replacement. You could potentially have a qualified trailer shop relocate and weld the spring hangers to accommodate one of these more common lengths, or try sourcing an exact replacement elsewhere.

We can also help you replace the U-bolts, mounting plates, and spring-eye bolts. I'll just need to know your axle's weight capacity, spring width, and whether your axle tube is round or square. If it's round, its diameter would be helpful too.

With those details, I can help narrow down the right springs and mounting hardware!
