Replaces the motor, gear, and table for your Kwikee powered RV entry steps. Motor provides power to extend and retract the steps. Gear rotates to push steps out and pull them back in. Table attaches underneath step mounting bracket.

The part was a direct replacement, but it is a high price. I usually get a detailed instruction book and there are videos for the install on Etrailer. This time there were none. It took me a while to determine this drive stops on pressure, not limit switches. So I tested operation with my drill motor battery to see if it would stop, before I plugged it in.
Have no comment, won’t work and didn’t figure out jet why it won’t work
Exact replacement part, runs quieter than the original. As others have said this should come with new hardware. Ordering is quick and easy, I have ordered from etrailer for about 4 years now and never been disappointed.
Earlier than expected and perfect fit.

Working as it should. Very satisfied
I gave this a 5 because it was exactly what it said it would be. However, and advice for others purchasing this. I do not understand why companies that manufacture and sell things such as this want to be cheap and not supply something as simple as replacement nuts and bolts. If you are spending this amount of money, please spend an extra nickel and give us new fasteners. I misplaced the nut that goes on this and had to make a last minute run to get another one. Personally, I prefer to put new fasteners on a new equipment piece anyway. Listen up companies!

A year later and this product is working great. I have had zero issues with it.
The United States post office didn’t do so good but that’s not their fault. They did an excellent job Parts fantastic and works great.

This step Motor & Gear Table # LC369529 was the exact replacement for the original. The bushing for the large gear on the new unit was a looser fit than I would have liked but the unit works great. Removed old unit and replaced with new unit in less than 20 minutes. I have purchased other items from etrailer and am pleased with their prices and service.
Product was exactly as described and fit perfectly. Very happy with this repair to my Kwikee motor home steps. Everything installed very easy. I would definitely recommend etrailer for this type of product. Reasonable price and very quick delivery.
The gearing had worn out on our step after 9 years. This replacement part was easy to install and works just like the original

The replacement gear continues to operate as if new.
Quick delivery, had a 5 % off coupon code but had no place to enter it, 4 new mounting bolts would’ve been a plus also........other than that, satisfied.
Perfect fit and steps work better than ever. A short set of install tips and instructions would be very helpful. This comes in the "steps in" position which makes connecting the link very difficult if not impossible. "Steps out" position aligns the link up with the gear stud and an easy connection. Also, do not tightened mounting bolts before connecting the link. A little wiggle room really helps.

Do you know what model or serial number steps you have? I am wondering if this is a different replacement for a different model then you have. Are you getting any power at all?
