  Repair kit # RP94316 is designed for 5th Airborne Sidewinders whereas # RP86005 is for 16k and 19k Sidewinders only, not the air ride models. The kits are very similar though because a lot of the parts are the same or similar. But I advise using the kit for the type of Sidewinder you have to ensure compatibility.

If you are unsure of your loaded weight I suggest taking it to a trucking weigh station where they can weight it for a small fee.   hello Dwight, thanks for reaching out. Have you done a soap test to check the source of the leak? The reason I ask is a lot of times when these Reese Airborne sidewinders start leaking it is actually the Schrader valve and not the air bag itself. If the valve is leaking, they can easily be replaced. If the air bag itself is leaking I am sorry to say we do not offer an air bag replacement for this. You may want to try reaching out to Reese to see if they have a replacement they can provide.

  Reese Revolution/Sidewinder pin boxes generally aren't too prone to chucking and noise but when this does happen what typically is the problem is the fifth wheel hitch not having a tight enough jaw to hold the trailer tight and prevent the movement associated with the chucking.   Per the instructions for the Reese 5th Airborne Sidewinder Standard Arm with King Pin part # 5AS16K, in order to clean and lubricate the wear plate, you must first remove the turret. This can be done by removing the 4 5/8" cap bolts from the top of the pivot arm followed by the 2 3/4" convertible bolts located on the bottom side of the king pin. Once done, you will have to use a pry bar to remove the sleeve around the pivot arm, be careful not to scrape or nick the pivot arm upon disassembly....
