Hello, neighbors, welcome back. I'm Steven here at etrailer.com. Today, we're taking a look at this inside knob for your locking stainless steel flushed door latch. Now, this knob will fit locking stainless steel door latches such as something like this. So we sell these separately, that door latch is part L1883 or L3980. Again, those are sold separately.
This will allow you to open that latch from the inside of your trailer. So you see that threaded part there slightly to the left of the plunger there, that's where this would screw into. So you're gonna get one knob, obviously, and again, just threads in, very simple design. Just got to thread it in, just a hard ball of plastic, really, but you can grab that and easily open the door from the inside. Folks, very simple look at a simple part today.

good quality latch looks like it will hold up to years of use, works good and looks good , and installed pretty easy. I installed it on my car trailer service door and it fits real nice. I would of rated it 5 star but the back side of the latch on the inside of door does not have a trim ring it would improve the appearance of the installation. I will fabricate my own to cover the ruff edge of the opening.

This was a direct replacement latch for my CM horse trailers front door. The fit and finish was perfect which was important because it required pop rivets for installation. Delivery was fast and inexpensive . I fully intend on purchasing more products from trailer in the future.
good product but the paddle is too short, won't work on my wells cargo trailer
This was the one and only place I could find this knob, and I’m so glad! Fit perfectly, and I’m extremely pleased. My original one was no longer threading so kept falling out. This one is in nice and snug, and now my horse trailer door opens perfectly from the inside again!
