I chose this product after shopping on line and I’m very glad I did. I used 12 of these latches on my swap meet trailer. They are top quality and all use the same key. This makes setup and display quick and easy. Highly recommended!
This door latch is very well made, works great for my application. It arrived quickly, so my teardrop trailer project can continue without waiting for parts.
The latches work grate for the application. We made half doors for my jeep cj5. The latches are made really well and I like you can take the inside handle off. We welded them on the door and work grate all steel and no cheep plastic. I would recommend these latches.

I couldn't find this trailer door latch anywhere except on etrailer.com. It arrived quickly and was the exact part I needed. It comes bare metal to paint to your need. The original latch was welded in and took a lot of grinding and so on to remove it. I decided to drill holes and rivet the latch to make any potential future replacements much easier. It comes with two keys. Not the finishing photo, just a little primer paint for the moment. Thanks etrailer.com. This isn't the first time I've bought from them. They seem to have what local stores and other online places don't.

was very difficult to install do to hollow door on trailer
once installed, it has worked great!
Bought latch as a backup for original latch that sticks sometimes that may need replaced in the future. Etrailer was the only site that had the exact same setup as the latch on my horse trailer which is 30 years old.
