Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at the M8-1.25 steel zinc-plated serrated hex flange nut. This is for a quantity of one. Now, this can be used on the Chevrolet and GMC trucks to connect the factory run 12-volt lead and the trailer brake power lead to the post in the fuse box under the hood. This nut is a steel construction, has a nice sink-plated finish to it. It is a class eight grade serrated flange nut.
The size again we mentioned is M8-1.25 coarse thread, and the hex head size is 13 millimeters. But that should do it for the review on this M8-1.25 steel zinc-plated serrated hex flange nut.
Made it easy to install
Well, it's a nut. Not much that can go wrong. Used this on my GMT400 Yukon. (1996 Yukon) for the AUX post in the fuse box for installing my trailer brake controller and to get AUX power for the trailer plug.

The item that arrived did NOT fit the stud in my engine compartment for the factory wiring for brake controller on my 2013 GMC Yukon- the nut that arrived was about three times larger than needed- I called to report this, spoke with Ashley and there was no answer how to get the correct nut needed
