Hitch Extender For 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver 7"
I needed my bike to clear my bumper on a front hitch and this did the trick. This extender is hollow so I was able to use anti rattle/ lock before adding bike rack.
Allows me to use my back rack and small boat trailer without having to remove the spare tire on my Jeep Wrangler. Works well.

Hitch Extender for 2" Trailer Hitches - 8" Long
Just received my 80307 Hitch Extender for 2" Trailer Hitches - 8" Long. My newly upsized spare tire had been preventing the use of my hitch rack. Was very pleased with the etrailer service and the ease of using the website. The excellent descriptions, photos, and even videos really help shopping for these types of specialty parts. Shipping went well and expediently. I trial fit the extension with my hitch rack today, and the photos are attached. It fit well and did the trick. I drove around and heard no rattles from it at all.
Needed to extend receiver to reach past box and add a carrier for cans.

Roadmaster High-Low Adapter for Tow Bars - 2" Hitches - 2" Rise/Drop - 10K GTW, 400 lbs TW
Ordered exactly what I needed to lift my tow bar !!! Love that etrailer carries roadmaster products
Excellent product! Needed to raise receiver to keep my Versahaul bike rack from scraping when entering or exiting inclined driveways. Works a treat and a well built solid unit.

Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter, 2" or 4" Drop/Rise
Exactly what I needed. Now able to add storage box and still pull tow Dolly.
I contacted etrailer and spoke with Terri N. I had previously purchased on 3 separate occasions another brand of dual hitch (none from etrailer) which all bent when pulling my 2018 Jeep Wrangler behind our 2014 Fleetwood Bounder 35K Motorhome with a Hollywood bike frame carrying 2 Rad Power e-bikes. Apparently, we were using the wrong adaptor. She was VERY helpful with information, discouraging more than 1 hitch adaptor and recommended the 10,000 pound dual hitch receiver with a 2-4 in drop/rise. So far, it seems to be working fine. My only concern is that there is not enough clearance to fold up my Blue Ox tow bar while connected to the hitch. Also, the front of the Jeep bumper is VERY close to the bike rack upon turning the Motorhome.

Roadmaster Anti-Rattle Hitch Extender for Tow Bars - 2" Hitches - 7-3/4" Extension
Works well on my side by side to get the ball to a usable reach. The threaded pin makes it difficult to take on and off (can't use a non threaded in). I have to lay on the ground to do this. It does not rattle that is for sure so in an application where that is important, and where you have normal access I am sure it is fine. I simply needed this specific length.
My wife and I purchased a travel trailer a year ago. The tailgate of my truck was too close to the trailer to allow it to open. I purchased the extension from you to eliminate that problem. I purchased this one because it is 2" solid and had a 10k rating.

Advantage SportsRack Hitch Extender for 2" Trailer Hitches - 11" Long
This is a very good product. However you need to be careful what vehicle and bike rack that you intend to use with it. My vehicles 2" hitch was not hollow past the end and the hitch extender bottomed in the hitch before the 2nd hole could be lined up and used. So the 2nd hole on the vehicle side was unusable. Then using the Swagman Chinook 2 bike rack I found that the bike rack hitch could not be inserted deep enough into this hitch extender to be able to use the 2nd hole in the extender, on the rack side. With that situation I was not able to use the 2 holes that would get the bike rack installed in the shortest distance from the rear of the. vehicle.
Bought this for the front hitch on a John Deere gator. The winch got in the way of the hitch, so a minor extension was needed. This is the perfect product. Use front hitch for positioning boats in my garage for winter storage. Works great for this application - short moves, not towing as this product is not certified for towing. Recommended.

MaxxTow Trailer Hitch Receiver Adapter - 2" to 1-1/4" Hitch - 11" Long
Installed my 2” hitch but don’t have a 2” bike trailer yet. I purchased this to continue to use my 1.25” bike trailer (until I find a deal). Used this over Thanksgiving weekend on I35 in Texas (tons of traffic)and I’m very pleased with the performance. I’m was secure and bikes traveled just fine.
I ordered this adapter from e-Trailer so I could extend my bike rack past my spare tire on my 2005 Honda CRV. This solved my problem and this thing is well made to take the weight. I'm glad I purchased from e-trailer because I know now that they sell quality products as I have also purchased a new receiver, ball mount and 2' ball to pull my trailer. If your goal is quality, great service and fast shipping then e-Trailer is one company to go with.

Curt Extender for 2" Hitch Receivers -18" Long
I got this hitch extender to put on my camper so that I could mount my bike rack. It worked like a charm!! The bike rack and bike were super solid on the trip cross country!!
First off, I love Curt products. When I found this item at Etrailer at this low price I was shocked. I was prepared to receive a knock off. I tried my luck and was amazed the product not only showed up at my doorstep the next day but is a very high quality Curt product. My handyman was working on the house and he couldn’t believe the quality at that price. Thanks Etrailer! You are my new go to for my traveling needs.

Yakima BackSwing Swing Away Hitch Extender for Bike Racks - 2" Hitches
Solid, bullet proof, yet the convenient swing away allows unrestricted access to the back of my vehicle. It is heavy, but being made of steel, it holds a heavy load. I have an old solid steel Thule rack that I modified so that I can move the bike carrier bars 180 degrees - from the traditional position carrying the bikes away from the car and carrier, or flipped over so that the bike carriers rest on my spare and carry the bikes between the rack and the car. This allows me to carry very heavy bikes, such as e-bikes compactly without extending the length of my vehicle much, and still allowing me to use the swing away feature of the Yamaha extender. Photo shows a light road bike on the hitch, but it works equally as well with heavier or multiple bikes.
On our first trip the hitch worked wonderfully, but our bike rack failed us. On our second trip, the hitch bolts loosened and we constantly had to check to make sure it was not loose. Very disappointed in both products. We had them put on our vehicle by my adult son, who works with machinery. The product was poorly made and designed. This was not the fault of the user or the person who attached the hitch and rack.

Hitch Reducer 2" to 1-1/4" Trailer Hitch Receiver
This has worked great to reduce my 2" hitch so that I can continue to use my 1 1/4" Thule bike rack, and I like that it doesn't extend out much from the hitch. After my last trip though, the inset separated from the larger piece. I can still use it, but without the smaller piece fixed in place, I can't put it on the car first and then slide the bike rack into it since the smaller piece slides, and it's impossible to line the holes up. It's also rusted more than I expected. It wasn't inexpensive, and I was hoping it would last longer. I've used it for maybe a dozen trips.
Perfect fit BUT the inner tube broke away from the outer tube after about a dozen trips. One small weld on the outside corner is all that holds it on. The small amount of play must have been too much for it. I was even using an anti-rattle lock pin. Very disappointing due to the price point. And now it’s unsafe to use as it could slip right out of the receiver.

Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter, 2 " or 8" Drop/Rise
Perfect for my application.
Works great! I use it on my motorhome to carry my bikes with a Rocky Mounts Carrier and flat tow my car with my Blue Ox system. It places the bike carrier at an optimal height over the front of the car but my may be different for other bike carriers. Very sturdy and seems to be quality all around.

MaxxTow Hitch Extender with Step - 2" Hitches - 13-1/2" Long - 7" x 14" Platform
Affordable front step (wide platform) to service lifted vechicles and will provide distance between exterior mounted spare tire and hitch rack. Suggestion: design the step to fold up or down for a full time install.
Works as advertised. I use it full time. I painted the step surface with Herculon bed liner for a rubberized non slip surface, that works even when covered with frost or mud. Only down side, is that it reduces the tongue weight of the truck hitch by 50%. I typically use it to haul a 2 horse trailer. If it ever gets damaged, I will immediately by a replacement.

Kuat Pivot 2 Swing Away Hitch Extender for Bike Racks - 2" Hitches - Passenger's Side
Excellent product, solidly built and easy to install. I was hesitant because of the full size spare tire on the back ladder. The videos and the specifications (especially the sizing details) gave me all the info I needed to make the decision to install it on my Sprinter. The swing away rack gives me full access to the rear of the vehicle. I wish I had bought it sooner.
Exactly what I was looking for. Can swing the bikes out of the way to access the truck bed. Locks back into position and I am not worried about it being secure.

Roadmaster Hitch Extender for Tow Bars - 2" Hitches - 7-3/4" Extension
I have included some photos of the hitch extension. The first two are just on my truck without and with the extension. Without the extension, note the proximity of bike handlebars to the tailgate. In the second photo with the extension, the handlebars are much removed from the tailgate. Note that this is a ¾ ton truck with an insert in the receiver. With the insert in place, the front holes of extension did not align with the receiver. It was short 1/8 to 3/16 inch. If needed, I could solve this issue with a smaller bolt. The next photos are without and with the extension in the receiver of our RV. With the cover on RV the dramatic effect of extension is not so obvious. In the first photo without the extension, the handlebars of bike literally contact the back of RV. In contrast in the second photo, the handlebars are 5 to 6 inches from the back of the RV. Though there are no road trips yet, I am confident that the hitch extension will protect the bike and importantly will protect the back of the RV. I hope that these comments and photos are useful to you. If no, I can try again in spring when we remove cover from the RV.
Very disappointed! Called to ensure this would work with my Hollywood RV bike rack. It does not. The Hollywood rack needs three inches of depth to the center of the pin hole. Aggravated that I have to repackage, return and now get the correct extender.

Curt Hitch Extender for 2" Trailer Hitches - 14" Long
The items I ordered will allow me to adapt my utility trailer for transporting my sea kayaks. Curt and Hopkins are both quality manufacturers. On a shipping note, the box arrived at the Post Office broken wide open. Your shipping folks need to wrap small, heavy, items in bubble wrap. Then stabilize it with foam peanuts. Just putting it in a box then stuffing the box with craft paper does not cut it. Items were not damaged so I am good to go.
Works great and reasonably priced. etrailer Customer Service is absolutely the very best. My first shipment arrived missing the hitch extension. Customer Service quickly responded to my communications and shipped a replacement the same day. As you can see from the photo the hitch extender is perfect for my Polaris Ranger and allows me to use my small lawn n yard implements. I highly recommend etrailer.

RockyMounts Hitch Extender w/ Hitch Pin and Lock - 2" Hitches - 8" Long
This hitch item not only worked exactly like I needed, but was of superior construction, as it included a unique primary lockpin idea that keeps the extension from wobbling, as well as locking the part to the vehicle receiver. I always get more value than expected on the accessories from etrailer.
I bought this hitch extender to move my Swagman bike rack further away from the back of my trailer because the bike handle bars were rubbing against the trailer. I chose this extension because of the anti-rattle pin to better secure the hitch during transport. This extension moved the bikes far enough away that the handle bars no longer rubbed against the trailer. It also allowed the receiver to be centered on the back of the trailer because the bike tires no longer interfered with the spare tire on the back, provided clearance to access the city water connection with the bikes still loaded, and provided better visibility to one of the rear taillights since the receiver could be moved to the center of the trailer. After a 2,000 mile journey, the pin never came loose and the bike rack on the extension rode smoothly. This extension solved many issues i was having with the bike rack on the back of my trailer.

Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter for Tow Bars - 2" Hitches - 2-1/4" Rise/Drop
Beefy. I have no doubts of the capacity of either side of this hitch adapter, there's plenty of weld to hold it all together. Very few options will provide minimal drop (for an off-road trailer) and minimal rise on the other side for an additional bike rack or cargo carrier. Jeeps are tough since you need to be able to open the gate. This one clears no problem. My spare is up on a slant back carrier, but I think the stock spare should clear as well. Get you a "Trimax THC200 Universal Anti-Rattle Clamp Fits 2" Hitch" and this thing is solid as stone.
The hitch has held up over Alaskan roads towing a jeep, but it does not sit level in the receiver so the tiny little bit that it sags is exaggerated when the tow bar is connected. Paint starting to peel with wear after a year.

Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter with 2" or 6" Drop/Rise
Worked out great for my family bike adventure. Traveled with that setup over 1000 miles and it was easy drive. I had cargo carrier on the bottom and bike rack on top, and with that setup and 4 people on board still plenty of ground clearance 11". Dual hitch is a solid piece of steel that can carry a lot of lbs. Just don't overload max. tong weight, need some room for safety!
This adapter design was exactly what I was looking for. I often carry 4 or more bikes with my Sylvan GO. The pictures show how I configured my setup. Its perfect!!! And yes, I have to be a little careful on really tight turns but its never been an issue. Thank you George and the etrailer team.

Reese Titan Reducer Sleeve 2-1/2" to 2"
This ain't pretty. But size does matter. The 58102 2" X 2 1/2" receiver adapter hits the spot. It fits nicely into the 2 1/2" receiver with, at most, 1/8" space "slap" room. It's almost full length front to back inside receiver providing plenty of support for my 2" weight distribution system without slap. I have not hooked up my Forest River 29'4", 10,7 75 lb. GVWR Puma tow behind R/V but I do not have any fear of this well constructed, perfect fitting receiver adapter. The people at etrailer are there, willing and able to assist you. I have personally found that, if the C.S. Rep doesn't know the answer, she/he will find the answer and report back to you, in my case within minutes. My purchase was delivered (snail mail) within 5 days and In excellent condition. I will report back shortly after a trial run hooked up.
This fits a Curt 2 1/2 receiver perfectly. Allows me to use receiver with my various drawbars for different trailers when I am not using the Forklift hitch box extension.
