The quality of the rack is fantastic. Sadly the keys do not work on the Locking Quick Release Skewers. I've contacted Swagman about this and am waiting for a response.

Quite pleased with nearly everything regarding this rack. Setup was super easy right out of the box, loved that I didn't need any tools. Bikes feel very secure and I haven't noticed any shifting or movement while driving around. My only complaint is that it's possible for someone to remove (or steal) the locking skewers when there's no bike attached just by unscrewing the endcap. Even if the handle is locked in place, just unscrew the endcap and you can remove the whole locking mechanism. So...works fantastic when there's a bike to be hauled, but makes me uncomfortable when I just park the truck and walk away. Works great, could just be a bit more secure.

Have used the block head bike mounts by Yakima on trips of 800 to 1500 miles with no incident. Easy to mount the bikes and they have not released even on bumpy roads. Great product for my truck box and bikes are always in view. Easiest way I have found to transport our bikes

Ordering was simple with delivery on time. The product is just what I was looking for since I can not use my standard hitch bike carrier when I am pulling my camp trailer. Easy to install with one person, easier with two and it fits very nicely. We are looking forward to using it on our next road trip.

The seams could be placed differently, so that it sits better on the tailgate.

The straps are junk and four of them tore within a week of using them. I also almost lost one bike because of the straps. If I could I would return this unit.

We used this bike rack for at least 2 RV trips. The third trip we took we lost one bike off of the rear most rack. Ended up having to replace this bike rack with one from another store. Would only recommend for local trips only.

Haven’t used the rack a great deal, but have had no problems with it. We did have to purchase a bar adapter for the girls bike, as it just wasn’t stable enough without it. We have fenders on our bikes and cannot use the clamp on the tires. It’s not lightweight. It takes some strength to install it. We use it on a Toyota Tundra and a Subaru Crosstrek.

very nice rack.. easy to assemble..looked at $450.00 racks thaqt were no different than the Chinook.

Works as advertised - a very well designed product. Puts the bikes firmly at the side of the bed so you can use the center channel for bulky items. Very pleased with this purchase

Easy to install and use. Once setup easily removed and reinstalled with little adjustment.

Rack is very sturdy and heavy duty. Instructions were terrible. Locking hitch pin would not thread correctly and ended up damaging it. Thankfully the threads on rack were fine and I was able to use the non-locking threaded pin. Would like a replacement locking pin ASAP

This is the best bike rack . I never own a bike rack before this one. So I can't really compare it to another one. My ?? rides great ,very solid and well made. I'm very happy can't wait to take a trip! I would recommend buying this product and buying from etrailer. Customer service people are excellent. I need some other items so I will be back for them.

Awesome bike rack. Worked on my 2018 Tundra perfect. Bikes are stabilized and secure. Like the way you can fold the bike rack to get access to the truck bed without removing it.

This bike rack has worked well for our family of 4. It allows us to safely and securely carry all 4 bikes through the mountains of Colorado with our Hallmark Milner truck camper. Strong and durable rack that barely moves when driving. etrailer's customer service was outstanding. The rack was initially delayed and after one phone call to check status a warehouse manager quickly solved a minor issue and got the rack shipped. etrailer was fantastic in managing this transaction with extremely limited staffing. etrailer is the first place I check for anything recreation as I've never had anything but stellar service.

Excellent rack, a year later still in great condition. No movement at hitch when driving like other racks. Love the extra bar to work on bike in parking lot. Cracked a part on the rack when backing up accidentally hit it, I called the company and they immediately sent out new part no questions asked and rack is like new. Easy to access the drop and raise bar even with bikes on .A note that with larger mountain bikes only three really fit on the four rack without adjusting handle bars. Great Rack with one problem This is a great rack for the money. easy to assemble, easy to install, easy to load. very secure and bikes ride great. One problem and it's not really swagman's fault. Some new trucks including mine have a 2 1/2" receiver. I thought I would just buy a longer bolt. No hardware store had a longer bolt with this thread. Swagman makes a very nice threaded bolt and lock that will fit the 2 1/2". I highly recommend you buy one when you buy this rack if you have the larger receiver.

Cheap alternative compared to having to buy a 9mm thru axle mount for the utili-track in my Nissan Frontier AND THEN having to buy an adapter for that! For under $10 I bought some parts from a local hardware store and made this mount fit the track. It's sturdy, and high quality.

I was initially a little skeptical about this carrier, but it appeared to be what I wanted and I could always send it back, so I placed the order. It arrived very quickly. It works quite well in a 2003 Tundra. It was as advertised, installed quickly and easily, and holds two bikes securely. I am completely satisfied with this carrier and would recommend it without reservation.

They hold my bike upright with no wobble. It sure beats laying my new bike down in the back of my truck bed.

High build quality but the the straps are too short for a mountain bike. This Prevents where you can attach it to the bike. This product would be 5 stars if the strap were an inch longer.

Works well for transporting two 29" wheeled mountain bikes. However, after one year it's starting to rust in several areas (see attached photos), and the front wheel arms are becoming increasingly difficult to raise and lower. Finally the locking cable is extremely rusty as you can see in the attached photo. I'm not sure how durable this rack will be long term.
