Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R16 Slider - Dual Jaw - 16,000 lbs
I recently installed the Q16 Slider Hitch on my 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. I have used it a couple of times now pulling my 5th wheel and have had no issues with it at all. I used the slide feature twice and both times it worked very easily and had my truck and trailer at a 90 degree angle with plenty of room to spare. Great product, was delivered in a very timely manner with no issues.
We are very happy with the fifth wheel we got from you. We very much like how it works. It gives you the extra turning ability that we need to get into some rv spaces in some of the parks. Would highly recommend to anyone with a fifth wheel.

B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Dual Jaw - 20,000 lbs
I installed this system in my classic square body Silverado after installing the Turnover Ball BK1400 gooseneck hitch. Both work great together and this companion installed beautifully. I tow a 40’ Cougar camper with it.
Excellent fit and finish but the packaging did not hold up well to the UPS handling. Large holes in box. However, all small parts were packed in heavy plastic and arrived with box. One item for etrailer listing, B&W notes on their assembly instructions this hitch not recommended for use with Reese Revolution or similar pin boxes. This became an issue for me and I had to contact B&W for a more expensive slider hitch base. Please note this on your product listing for future users. B&W is very responsive and helpful in dealing with their customers.

Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Slide Bar Jaw - 16,000 lbs
This is a very basic hitch. Very simple to install and use. However, with the head not being fully articulating, its a very noisy hitch. Plenty of rattle, clank and chucking. The chucking can be a bit alarming. It worked well enough for our small 22' 5er but since stepping up to a 34' trailer and 12,000#, I decided to upgrade to a B&W Patriot. If you're on a tight budget and have smaller lighter trailer, this will get the job done but Id have gone with a better jaw type hitch over the slide bar had I known better at first. The custom install kit for my 2013 Silverado 3500 long bed was amazing in fit. You need to be a little handy to install it but its well worth the extra few $$. The installation instructions are adequate but could be a little clearer.
installed hitch in a 2008 chevy 2500hd. other then having to take out the rear inter liners hitch installed great. just follow the directions. would recommend etrailer.com and curt hitches to anyone looking. thanks jim

B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider - Dual Jaw - 20,000 lbs
Great product!! Made us the USA and built to last!
I love my B&W Companion Slider. I got it for my 2012 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. It was simple to install as the instructions were very plain. Also, videos are available to show exactly how to install. My last fifth wheel hitch was a Reese. I liked it, until I used my brother's B&W last fall. The B&W is more expensive, but it is worth every penny. Several times while towing, I had to look back and make sure the rv was still there, no banging, clanging or other loud noises. I didn't have to use the slider this trip, but it operates perfectly. The only drawback I have is the weight. I could lift and install the Reese by hand. Now, with the B&W, I use the front end loader on my tractor and can set it in the bed, allowing me to install it by myself. The craftsmanship on this hitch is top notch.

Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R16 Roller - Slide Bar Jaw - 16,000 lbs
I've only towed my camper once with my new hitch so far and it worked just fine, when i bought it, it arrived on time and in good shape, the only little problem i had was part of the steel under the release handle wasn't painted so when it rained rusty water came out the handle tube and kind of stained my rubber bed liner, but it was an easy fix. anyway i'm happy with it ! P.S. the vehicle specific frame mount makes the set-up much quicker and eaiser than the universal mount .
We've used it for a full season now with no issues. I have no complaints. Keep in mind, it's heavy if you plan on taking it out after each use, but it works great.

Curt Q24 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Dual Jaw - 24,000 lbs
Ordered my Curt 24k 5th wheel hitch on Tuesday, received around 230 Friday, and was installed by 5pm same day ( already had the rails). I am anxious to hook up my Heartland Big Country 3650RL to my 2006 Chevrolet dually and roll down the highway. The hitch is alI i expected it to be, and it is quite heavy, but managed to get it installed by myself after reading the great installation instructions. As in other posts, slight scratches during shipping due to packing materials used by Curt, not etrailer's fault. My RV has a tongue weight of 2350 lbs, 14000 overall, and 39'6" lenghth. Expectations are high that this hitch will handle it well! Thanks for the great service
A well put together hitch , very heavy duty easy to use and maintain.

Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Dual Jaw - 16,000 lbs
I installed the fifth wheel installation kit and hitch last week. There was a problem with the dimension given for the front rail. Instead of 52.375" the actual measurement for my truck was 52.75". Using the 52.375" measurement left half the hole covered by the frame rail. Drilling the .125" pilot hole didn't point out the problem - it cleared the half blocked frame rail hole. My truck is a 2015 Silverado High Country 3500 HD diesel, DRW long bed with factory sprayed in bed liner, built after August 14, 2015. Overall, I'm happy with the both the hitch and the installation kit.
Installed it in a 2015 Silverado 2500 WT with an 8' bed. Very easy to install, and came 90% assembled. Right after installing the 5th wheel hitch, I drove 1,600 miles round trip to buy a 40' 5th wheel 800 miles away. Pulled it back from Kentucky to Florida with no issues, worked perfect. Great hitch

B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider - Dual Jaw - 18,000 lbs
Have not install the hitch yet. Delivery was sooner than expected and nicely boxed on a wood pallet.
This thing is solid. I have 0 worry that it will tow anything. Definitely more than my truck could ever tow. I have a 6.5ft bed and the slider allows me to make ANY turn possible without worrying about the trailer hitting the cab. Other than having an automatic slide, I can't imagine there being a better hitch.

Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider - Single Jaw - Above Bed - 18,000 lbs
Installed in my 2014 Silverado. This looks to be a very heavy-duty hitch that doesn't require a capture plate.
I am very happy with this choice I made for my hitch. Being new to the 5th wheel experience this Autoslide took alot of stress out of the switch from a travel trailer. I know there would have been that time I would have forget to release the lock on a standard hitch in my first couple times out. It was a very easy setup. The extra money out was worth preventing that one time expensive mistake.

Curt Q20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Dual Jaw - 20,000 lbs
This product was easy to assembly. Very clear instructions and it took less then an hour to install. I was impressed with the packaging. The cardboard box the rails came in had steel inserts in the corners to keep the rails from breaking through. The box also had 1/8" plywood in the top and bottom for rigidity. It fit perfectly in the puck system in my Silverado. By purchasing it from "Etrailer" and installing it myself, I saved $1,600 by not having the RV Dealership install one for me. Only tools I needed was a socket wrench and a torque wrench.
I just finished installing the bed rails yesterday (bear cat) on my 2017 Chevy Silverado 3500HD and installed the Curt (C16130) hitch. I've not towed or hauled any trailers with it yet so I don't know how it will perform. I previously used a Husky (15K) hitch which I really liked. The Husky was getting old and showing signs of wear and I didn't like the clanks and squeaks. The Curt hitch went in easily though it a fewer height adjustments.....height adjustment holes are two inches apart versus 1.5 inches on the Husky. It is a stout (and heavy) hitch. I frequently put my hitch in an out and the Husky could easily be broken down into two parts....reducing the weight. The Curt appears difficult (at least so far) to break down into two parts. I did it twice and had to use a crow bar to separate the head from the legs. It's way too heavy to handle in one piece....as are most fifth wheel hitches. Maybe it loosens up after use and comes apart easier.....I hope. I assume it will provide great service and eliminate the noise and chucking and had with my old hitch.

B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Dual Jaw - 18,000 lbs
We received the hitch and brackets packaged very well. The installation went well and pretty straight forward. We did not have our 5th wheel to set the height but took a lucky guess at 18". We picked the RV up and couldn't be happier with this hitch. Absolutely no chucking, very smooth ride. We have an uneven slope to back down to get to our RV pad and were concerned about that. With the swivel on this hitch, backed with no problem. We wouldn't settle for any other hitch if we have to ever buy another one. The RV sales and service people were very impressed with this hitch and the way it is set up with the frame brackets. Very happy customers!

Curt Q25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Dual Jaw - 25,000 lbs
I installed this hitch on my 2019 Silverado 3500 HD dually diesel a year ago. We towed a Keystone cougar 366 RDS fifth wheel with it all summer and it worked flawlessly. I would recommend this hitch to anyone. It feels heavy duty and is well made. I’m also in the construction industry and understand when something is well made. It is fairly heavy but I was able to install it myself. It would be handy to have two people to remove it and install it but if you remove the head first and then the body it’s manageable.
product is great but like previous reviews that i read packaging could be very much improved . received 2 packages 1 had the head in it that was packaged very good , however the package with the leg mounts looked like it had gone thru a war zone . legs were scratched but not damaged , just put a little touch up paint on them . install was very easy , it went together with ease . fit in my 18 3500 Silverado with no issues .

Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Round Tube Slider - Dual Jaw - 16,000 lbs
The hitch arrived nicely packed in two boxes. Very easy to assemble and install on my existing bed rails. I took the RV out for a first run with the hitch, and it performed as advertised. It was a no fuss transaction and the hitch arrived on-time!
The hitch was installed on Valley Rails which was previously installed on my 2004 Silverado 3500. The hitch fit on the rails and during the first pull performed outstanding. I pull a 41ft 5th wheel and I am impressed with the double jaw lock.

Product is very well made. Glad I went with B and W Patriot Hitch. Once the bed rails were installed the rest was a breeze. Now it's time to get a 5th wheel and hit the open road. etrailer, my go-to website.

Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch System with Adapter - 20,000 lbs
Buying and installing the AM3200 filth wheel hitch was one of the best thing I Have done . It has made trailering a lot more comfortable driving , very little bucking when going over bridge expansion joints and bumps in the highways. I have a few problems hooking-up with the type of trailer hitch I Have on my 5th wheel and I also have air ride on my TV. When hooking up I Let all the air pressure off my air ride system and off the hitch. Before I disconnect (raise the trailer) I put on a ratchet strap to hold the hitch from dropping down, It sounds like a lot of work but it will have. To do till I come up with a better plan. I would not go back to my other hitch, you have to excuse the pics hard to pick
We have the Anderson Hitch installed on our 2017 Ford SuperDuty and pull a Reflection 337RLS. We have traveled over 4,000 miles and have been extremely satisfied. The hitch allows plenty of clearance between 5th wheel, bed, and the truck cab. Hook-up and disconnect has always been easy, even with RV lots that were uneven dirt lots. I use Curt thin rubber sound dampeners (item 16900) and this provides a quiet, tight fit between the rails and hitch. Of course the light weight makes it easy to remove when not towing and less weight when you are towing. A great product for the right truck, trailer combination.

B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 20,000 lbs
After a lot of research I still had many questions about which hitch to install in my new 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 single rear wheel with a standard (6 3/4') bed and the factory puck system. Did I need a slider as everyone suggested or would I be fine with a fixed hitch and save some weight and money in the process. I called B&W Hitches to find the exact location of the king pin receiver compared to the gooseneck opening in the truck bed so I could take an exact measurement. They were eager to assist but I couldn't get an exact number. I then called etrailer and they were extremely patient and even put on hold a couple times to try to get solid answers to my questions. Both places said the fixed hitch may work but recommended the slider. I decided to go with the fixed base hitch and in my situation I'm very happy that I did. The hitch arrived in two days in two boxes and was in great shape. I spent about 1 1/2 hours installing it and all went well. Each piece was easily handled by myself. Now for the number I could not find anywhere. With the 3710 hitch mounted in the rear most position the measurement from the center of the kingpin to the back window in my truck is 45 in. My camper is exactly 96" wide (radius 48" from kingpin center to trailer side) and the front is heavily radiused which will not allow for an absolute 90° jackknife but it comes pretty close. if your trailer nose isn't radiused or the kingpin sets back further you will not have the turning radius that I do. this fixed base hitch will not work for everybody but in my situation it did. I haven't road tested it yet but I expect that to go very well. Both B&W hitches and etrailer were extremely helpful and very professional. Hope my pictures help.
Did lots of research and bought this one. I am very happy with this hitch. Delivery was quick and installation was a breeze. I pulled my 34 ft 14k trailer and was very happy. Reading the reviews I was a little concerned about it not being a sliding hitch and I have a 6 1/2 ft bed on my Silverado but testing it after installing I can almost jackknife without hitting window. I did install on the highest setting which proved to be too high so I lowered it by 1 set of holes. I would definitly recommend this hitch! Truck is a 2024 Silverado 3500HD Crew cab with 6 1/2 ft bed and the step tailgate. The trailer is a 2009 34 ft Hitchhiker.
