You will have to go with a sliding hitch to allow the trailer to make tight turns. For a trailer 8 feet wide the only bed length that's going to allow 90 degree turns without a slider is a stationary hitch.
That being said you have two options. If you really want to use a stationary hitch like the part # RP30033 you can replace the pin box on your trailer with a Sidewinder and that will allow the clearance.
Sidewinders are pin box specific so you will first need to know what pin box... view full answer...
Between the 7K # RM-2460-2570 and 8K # RM-2460-2580 Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit w/ Shocks I recommend going with the 7K for your 2018 Vilano 5th wheel. It will give you the best ride possible since it's designed to work with your exact axle weight rating.
Would the 8K system work for your application? Yes, but I do believe the ride will be a little more aggressive than what is necessary. view full answer...
Both the Roadmaster and Blue Ox tow bars are great options. But if it was my decision to make I would go with the Blue Ox Avail part # BX7420 as we have found that the Blue Ox tow bars are a little easier to connect and disconnect from. Also this tow bar has a 10,000 lb weight capacity so it would easily cover basically anything. The Avail has longer arms too which helps the vehicle track a little better as well. view full answer...
I do have a solution for you, but the 24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier # e98874 is not designed to be used on the back of an RV. Generally speaking, folding carriers are not ideal because they do not stand up too well to the extra stress exerted by the excessive up and down movement that takes place behind the rear axle of an RV.
Instead, take a look at the 23x60 Stromberg Carlson Cargo Carrier # CC-100. It's also rated for 500 lbs and it's basically the same size. The difference is that Stomberg... view full answer...
We can get you everything you need for towing with your 2017 Toyota Sienna XLE. By plastic shield, I believe you are referring to the appearance panel underneath the Sienna, and that will have to trimmed a bit in each of the hitches available for the vehicle. A great Class III hitch would be the Curt # C13105, which is rated for weight distribution and has been given a nearly 5-star review on our site by the over 500 customers that have rated it.
As for a brake controller, the wireless... view full answer...
To tow a 5th wheel trailer with your truck that has a Hauler bed and a recessed gooseneck hitch installed, there are a few different options. Since the goosneck hitch is already installed the easiest way would be to adapt either the truck or trailer so you can hook up and tow.
The first option is an adapter that replaces your pin box on your trailer. They are specifically designed to fit certain pin boxes, but this is the most secure permanent solution. Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck... view full answer...

For your 2021 Mazda CX-5 there are a few different Class III Trailer Hitch options, the Draw-Tite # 76138, the Curt # C13315, the etrailer # e98902, and lastly the # EH68VR.
Starting with the similarities each of these hitches has a hidden crosstube meaning that once installed only the receiver itself will be visible as you can see in the included picture.
When it comes to differences the EcoHitch is a bit more expensive due to it being made out of recycled materials as you... view full answer...
For as trashed as those brake assemblies are I am impressed with how spotless that spindle is! Based on the bearing numbers you mentioned you have a #84 spindle and the hub part # AKHD-545-35-G-K is correct. Since this its galvanized it's a really great option as it will fight corrosion.
The flexible brake line kits like the part # 18SI-BLKIT is what I would go with. They are just as durable as anything else and a lot easier to install. The brake assemblies # AKFBBRK-35R-D and # AKFBBRK-35L-D... view full answer...
If your plan was to install a brake controller you'd have to also run the black wire of the 7-Way Adapter part # 30717 to the to the positive post of your vehicle battery as well as the ground you mentioned. The Curt Echo part # C51180 that you referenced needs the black wire to power it and then uses the other signals from the 4-way adapter to tell when the vehicle brakes are on.
For a different adapter that comes the extra wire and breaker to activate the needed circuit for the Curt... view full answer...
The Thule Pulse roof cargo box part # TH615 will fit your 2022 BMW X5 once you get a roof rack installed and due to the profile of the box, the profile of your roof, and the lower height of the fin it would not interfere.
Since I can see that your 2022 BMW X5 has flush roof rails the roof rack I would recommend is the Thule Wingbar Edge part # TH56FE, # TH89SC, and # TH186007 which will give you a sleek OEM style roof rack that has crossbars that mount flush to the feet of the rack instead... view full answer...
For your Sure Trac ST9614 HLODOD-B-140 trailer I recommend adding the Ultra-Fab Ultra Scissor Jacks - 24" Lift - 6,500 lbs - Qty 2 # UF48-979002. I believe these will work well to stabilize your trailer for loading. They can be adjusted using the hand crank or you can use the Ultra-Fab Speed Socket Power Drill Adapter for Scissor Jacks # UF48-979005 if you prefer.
If you want more of a solid mount drop leg stabilizer that you would weld on, we have the Square Drop Leg Stabilizer Jack... view full answer...
The Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit - Tandem Axle # RR23QX does come with all of the components needed to lift a tandem axle trailer. The center hangers of a tandem axle setup use different components than the front and rear hangers since the center has an equalizer which might be why it's hard to visualize how it all goes together looking at the product pictures. view full answer...
It's not a stupid question, it's a perfectly logical one but you should not flip the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with 4" Drop E-Z Lube Spindles # 7685269 to get rise as this was not the intended design as it is an underslung axle with spring seats that are intended to be on the underside of the axle.
There is a way to add lift to a 3,500 lb axle such as the straight Dexter Trailer Axle Beam # 7359765. What you would use is called an over/under kit, which is commonly referred to as flipping... view full answer...
The etrailer.com Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-7-SA and the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Brake Kit # 23-464-465 referenced in your question are both self-adjusting assemblies that will work to replace the existing Dexter brakes on your 7,000 pound axle.
Between the two options I actually do recommend going with the etrailer.com # AKEBRK-7-SA and not only because of the much friendlier cost. One thing that sets the etrailer.com brand brakes apart from other brand assemblies, including... view full answer...

Hello,
I will be happy to help you select some helper springs to improve the ride and level out the truck when you are towing.
Timbren springs are an easy install but they will make the ride stiffer when you are not towing. The similar SumoSprings Solo # SSR-207-47 will also level out the truck but will not be as stiff when not towing compared to the Timbren springs.
Another option to consider is RoadActive Suspension # RAS3611-HD. Installation is easy with this kit as well. It will... view full answer...
In order to flat-tow a thirteenth generation (2015-2018) Ford F-150 with all four wheels on the ground behind a motorhome you are going to need a tow bar, base plate kit, safety cables, tail light wiring harness, supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. There may also be a few other smaller components that are needed depending on options the vehicle is equipped with.
For a tow bar, I recommend the Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain Tow Bar # RM-676. The Nighthawk is... view full answer...
We recommend having a minimum of 3" between the top of the tire and bottom of the fender in order to allow for proper suspension travel. However, based on the photo you sent I believe you need new leaf springs as the ones you have appear to be almost completely flat. This has then compromised your tire clearance. The flattened leaf springs could either be a result of overloading the trailer or just general wear.
In order to replace them you would need to know your axle capacity and the... view full answer...
