Looks like you have a Rotoflex pin box and installed a Convert-A-Ball adapter part # CAB-C5G on it which isn't supposed to happen. The king pin plate flexes and causes the issue you have.
If you can get me the pin box part numbers you see on it I can see what adapter solutions you have. view full answer...
Hello Dennis. The trim piece for the High Pointe Built-In Convection Microwave measures 24" wide by 17" tall. I made a diagram for you which I have included below. view full answer...
The Hollywood Racks Destination Bike Rack # HLY94FR can support up to 35 lb bikes so since you're needing to carry E-Bikes you need the Hollywood Racks Destination E Bike Rack # HLY66ZR instead, which is rated for up to 70 lb bikes.
I know the price difference between those racks is quite a jump so for a mid-tier option we have the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # HLY84FR, which can support up to 80 lb bikes and still secures bikes by the frame.

The MaxxAir FanMate vent cover Item # MA00-955001 is going to be just a little taller but the louvred end tapers in and it does not come with the screen which is Item # MA00-955202. 25" long x 18-1/8" wide x 10-1/4" tall.
The MaxxAir II Item # MA76JR is a more lower profile design, and the louvred end is straight up and down. 22-1/16" long x 18-1/8" wide x 9-3/4" tall. This does not come with a bug screen, and unfortunately, there is not one designed for this vent cover.

Hey Eric, the Curt Multi-Fit Ball Kit w/ 4" Offset for Chevy/Ford/GMC/Nissan Underbed Gooseneck Hitch # C68ZV is not going to work with your Ram, unfortunately. This one is only going to work for select YMM (Year Make Model) Ford 250-450s, GMC Sierra 2500-3500s, Chevy Silverado 2500-3500s, and Nissan Titan XDs.
You'd instead want to check out the Curt RockerBall Multi-Fit Ball Kit w/ 4" Offset for Chevy/Ford/GMC/Nissan Gooseneck Hitch # C78ZV which is going to be the same thing you're... view full answer...
Lance does have a proprietary plug, but many customers see a standard 6-way or 7-way round and notice it doesn't fit their factory 7-way as well. I've attached an article to help if you have one of the 7-way or 6-way round connectors which we do have adapters for. If you have a 7-way round, then you will use adapter # 47595. If you have a 6-way plug then you will use adapter # 47549 or # PK12728.
If you have the special Lance plug, I recommend replacing it with # A7WCB which would directly... view full answer...
The new Rhino Box from Lippert currently has no replacements so you won't be able to swap out this pin box with a Sidewinder to add more turning clearance. Because of this you'll have to use a sliding 5th wheel hitch in your 6.5' bed to help prevent the nose your 5th wheel from coming into contact with the cab of your 2021 Ram 3500.
Unfortunately since you have RamBoxes you will not be be able to tow a 5th wheel without using a rotating pin box and would not be able to tow a trailer with... view full answer...
Hello Gary, thanks for reaching out. The etrailer Anti-Rattle Hitch Collar # e38FV is only for a 2" receiver. It will not work with the 2-1/2" hitches. We do hope to make a version for a 2-1/2" hitch in the future, but that is a good ways down the line.
If you need an anti-rattle device for a 2-1/2" hitch we do have the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch # RM-062 or the Blue Ox Immobilizer # BX88225. Both are U-bolt style ant-rattle clamps.
just comment below and let me know if you have any questions... view full answer...
We do a couple replacement shear springs available for you that may work depending on what you're needing.
For instance, we do carry the Replacement #75 Rubber Shear Spring for MORryde Trailer and RV Suspension Systems # MR96UR, which will work with the MORryde LRE4000 Series trailer suspension systems with axle ratings between 8,500 and 10,500 lbs.
We also carry the Replacement #20 Rubber Shear Spring for MORryde Trailer and RV Suspension Systems # MR79UR.
This spring will work with... view full answer...
I recommend at least 6" of clearance from the top of your bed rails on your 2021 Ram 3500 to the underbelly of your gooseneck or 5th wheel trailer.
If using a gooseneck trailer and if you have the factory in bed prep/puck system there are different gooseneck balls available with different heights. The Curt Ball and Safety Chain Loops Kit # C60618 has a ball height of 4" from the top of the ball to the flange that sits on the in bed hitch. The B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit # BWGNXA2062... view full answer...
Good question Mel, and I don't blame you for being confused since there are a lot of options and there is probably more than one right answer. The correct pivot arm position will depend on the clearance between the nose of the camper and the cab of your truck. I have included some pictures below to help illustrate.
If your truck is a long bed, clearance should not be an issue, and you will want to use the one of the centermost positions. Basically, you want to keep the Kingpin centered... view full answer...
I have a suggestion for you, but unfortunately, we're not going to have a hitch mounted bike rack for electric bikes that's going to fit into your budget. Most of our e-bike racks max out at 60 lbs per bike, so your least expensive options are going to be either the Swagman E-Spec # S94FR, with a capacity of 70 lbs per bike, or the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE # HLY74FR, with a capacity of 80 lbs per bike -- both over budget.
If you're able to utilize your truck bed to carry your e-bikes,... view full answer...
Demco makes a special version of the Recon hitch for flat bed applications that have recessed balls actually! So what you'd want instead is the part # DM8550046. This has a shorter overall height to make up for the additional height of the flat bed truck and has the portion that attaches to the ball sit a bit lower.
I attached a picture of this installed on a flat bed truck similar ot yours for you to check out as well. view full answer...
Hey Chris,
Our Fitguide can be a bit confusing sometimes. Essentially the whole category is broken down into whether they fit diesel or non-diesel models. Since the EcoHitch Hidden Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # EH37FR fits both gas and diesel models it has both listings attached to it. You would be able to install this hitch on your 2024 Ram 3500 DRW Diesel.
If you plan on hauling some heavy items or using a snow plow then I recommend also installing some front end suspension... view full answer...
The things that the 18K Demco Hijacker # DM8550034 and the 18K SuperGlide have in common are that they both offer 14" of travel, they are both automatic sliding 5th wheel hitches, have 2-point pivoting hitch heads, are compatible with industry standard base rails, and they are both rated to tow up to an 18K trailer. Both 5th wheel hitches come with a 5-year limited warranty as well.
Although they both have the single-jaw system to lock the king pin into place, the SuperGlide hugs it against... view full answer...
The trailer hitch options for a 2019 Ram ProMaster 2500 can be broken down into two categories, hidden and visible. The hidden options do not have a crosstube under the bumper and the visible option does. The hidden crosstube is harder to install. If you prefer aesthetics over install difficulty then go with the hidden but if you prefer an easy install over aesthetics then go with the visible crosstube. I prefer Curt hitches so part # C13207 for visible or part # C13295 for hidden. The... view full answer...
Hi John; since that is a Lippert Rhino you will need the Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel Pin Box - Lippert Rhino - 30,000 lbs - 6.5K TW # GY76PR. This is the correct pin box based on your GVWR. The distance from the center of the king pin to the first set of bolt holes is 16.631" so you will gain a little over 3" of clearance using this over the MORryde.
As you pointed out below there are no rotating pin boxes that will accommodate that GVWR to give you the clearance you need. I... view full answer...
The reason the Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter # CAB-C5G is not recommended for use with factory-installed gooseneck prep packages on Fords from 2011-present and Ram from 2013-present is because they use a gooseneck ball that has a plastic handle on top (see photo) that folds into the hitch ball and the Convert-A-Ball # CAB-C5G has a nut on the inside that will damage the gooseneck ball.
For that reason, if you wanted to use the Convert-A-Ball on your 2018 Ram 3500... view full answer...
I wish you would have asked this question prior to your purchase of the Curt Extender # C45791, because this extender will not work for your application. It is rated for the 3,500 lb total trailer weight towing capacity and because it is an adapter will also decrease your tongue weight rating of your trailer hitch by 50%.
Instead, you may want to consider the Brophy Ball Mount for 2" Hitch # BH20. This ball mount is capable of towing 10,000 lbs and has a measurement of 13-1/4 inches... view full answer...
The Air Lift Air Helper Spring Cradles # AL59DQ are not going to be compatible with the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL57589 on your 2021 Ram 2500. This is due to the 7500 springs being larger in diameter than the 5000 springs. So you would need to use the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL88289 on your truck. Do note the cradles will add 0.83" to the height of the air springs. You will need to determine how much rear lift was added to... view full answer...
