Yes, a 4.80-8 tire will fit in place of a 4.00-8 tire. That is why a lot of times you will see both sizes in the product's title or description and even on the actual tire, such as # AM10002. This is a load range B tire rated for 590 pounds at 60 psi. I have linked a video review of this tire for you. view full answer...
The Westin SureStep Replacement Bumper part # 61001-95700 that you referenced would use a standard license plate frame like the part # CR15350. I attached a picture that shows where you'll attach the bracket to. view full answer...
Hey Paul, with the Curt Spectrum part # C51170 you should have blue lights on the sides of the display flashing when a trailer isn't connected and then the same lights go solid when the brakes are applied. view full answer...
Hey Tom, no the blue wire on a 7-way installed on a vehicle would not need to be ran anywhere for the Curt Echo Mobile # C51180 to function. This controller creates this circuit on the trailer side which is why. Do you have a 4-way on the Trooper or any trailer wiring currently? view full answer...
The issue you are finding with your 2001 Isuzu Rodeo and your trailer doesn't have to do with the 4 wire vehicle side and the 5 wire trailer 4-way. Many trailers use what is called a wishbone harness that will run two wires to the same pin for the running lights. This style of harness simply make it so no jump wire is run from one side of the trailer to the other to pick up that running light signal because it is independently run to each side from the connector.
The issues you are... view full answer...
Hey Andrew, yes the Pavement Ends Replay Soft Top Fabric for Isuzu Amigo # PE5113901 does come with clips to attach it to your 1993 Isuzu Amigo. view full answer...
Hello Johanna, thanks for reaching out. The Malone Runway Spare Tire Bike Rack # MPG2148 will not work with the Yakima HitchSki # Y02418. The HitchSki can only be used with Yakima brand dual-arm hitch mounted bike racks. The Malone Runway is a dual arm rack, but it is not hitch mounted so it would not work. The hitch mount is much more secure and sturdy than the tire mount. You would want to use the HitchSki with the Yakima BigHorn, DoubleDown, FlipSide, SwingDaddy, Ridgeback, KingPin,... view full answer...
Hey Norbert, thanks for reaching out!
The Roadmaster StowMaster 500 (predecessor to the part # RM-501) requires a base plate kit to be installed on the vehicle that you're towing. Roadmaster used to have the kit 606-1 for a 1991 Isuzu Trooper II, but it's no longer available so the only way you'll be able to get one is if someone is selling a used one online.
At this point, your best bet is to haul your Trooper II with a trailer, or with a tow dolly like the Kit # RM-2050-1. You'll have... view full answer...
Hey Jason, the Roadmaster base plate kit part # 1530-1 that you referenced does not need an adapter to connect to a Roadmaster Falcon 2 tow bar. As long as you still have the crossbar that came with your tow bar you'd be set. Do you have everything else needed to flat tow your vehicle? view full answer...
There may be a solution for you though the Traffic Cone Holder RA-26 does not have a specific weight rating for one of the brackets.
There are a couple options for you to consider like the CargoSmart Rotating Board Holder for E-Track and X-Track Systems # 3481740, which will require you to provide your own shelving. I believe this may have been what you were referring to by something like the cone holder with the bar laying flat in the bracket. It is not the exact design you want but... view full answer...
The Universal Wiring Kit # ETBC7 that you referenced is indeed what you need to install a fully functional 7-Way on your 1996 Isuzu Trooper so that you can install the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Brake Controller # 90885 to power the trailer's electric brakes. It is okay that the wire colors for the included 7-Way connector do not match up to the wire colors used on your trailer. The pins on the connector will still match up to the pins on the trailer's 7-Way connector with regards to function.... view full answer...
Thanks for the picture! The Yakima Replacement Bolts - 1/4" x 2-1/4" item # Y80011 do not come with nuts. However, judging by the parts you have in your picture I think you need the Replacement Mounting Hardware for Yakima Roof Mounted Ski and Snowboard Carriers item # 8830021. It fits the carriers manufactured after 2006. view full answer...
Sounds like your Trooper has separate turn signals from the brake lights and what you are trying to do is wire up a trailer connector that is designed for combined circuits. This is a fairly common problem and the solution is to wire in a signal converter like part # RM-732.
You will wire your separate turn signals to the input side of the box and then on the output side the signals will match what your trailer needs. view full answer...
The Draw-Tite Universal with the 7" Tall Brackets # 41990-07 or 16" Tall Brackets # 41990-16 are some of the better options for your 2014 Isuzu NPR. The height brackets you will need will depend on what kind of up-fit your vehicle had done to it. The brackets themselves can be either bolted or welded to the frame on your truck which allows you to position it where it will fit best and work with any lifts or bumpers you already have. view full answer...
Your 2016 Isuzu NPR will need a weld-on trailer hitch, and there are a couple of options from Draw-Tite, which is the same manufacturer as Reese hitches. Based on my research, a '16 NPR has a 33-1/2 inch chassis width, so you can choose from either of the following options, with the difference being their bracket height, depending on how much drop you need.
- 7" Tall Brackets: Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41990-07
- 16" Tall Brackets: Draw-Tite Ultra Frame... view full answer...
Your 1996 Isuzu NPR will need to have a trailer wiring harness and brake controller hardwired in. If the truck has the turn signals and brake lights on the same bulbs then the first thing you will need is a 4-Way, # 18252. If the truck has turn signals and brake lights on separate bulbs then use # 119178KIT.
Then to add a 7-Way and the provisions to install a brake controller you will need installation kit # ETBC7. I have included some links that show and explain the ETBC7 installation.... view full answer...
You can install a brake controller basically in any vehicle but since we don't have a quick-install connector that fits a 2016 Isuzu N-Series like your NPR you'll have to hardwire it. You'll need to start with a 4-way connector like the part # 119250KIT and then convert it to a 7-way so that you can install the brake controller.
For that you will want the Brake Controller Install Kit and 7-Way Adapter part # ETBC7. I attached installation instructions and an install video for this product... view full answer...
While we don't have any custom fit trailer wiring harnesses that fit the 2011 Isuzu NPR we can still help with a universal fit option like the # C56175 which you'd have to wire to the taillight circuits of your NPR. view full answer...
To install a new, fully functional 7-Way connector on your 2002 Isuzu NPR you will need to start by hardwiring a 4-Way harness. There are not any plug-and-play harnesses available for your particular truck.
If your truck has turn signals and brake lights that run on the same bulbs then I recommend the Tekonsha # 18252. If the turn and brake signals are on separate bulbs then you will use the Tekonsha # 119178KIT instead. This kit includes the converter that is needed to combine the circuits... view full answer...
