The one piece of info I need from that pic is partially blocked by the bent plate. What is the full capacity number listed? With that I can see what we have that you'd need. view full answer...
Tan, it actually looks like the Replacement Hydraulic Pump Motor for Lippert RV Leveling Systems # LC57AF is the correct replacement for your Lippert 414850.
To get this part though, you'd need to call into our customer service team and place your order through there. view full answer...
Based on your photo, the system was not setup correctly so the bars that should be applying friction to the brackets evenly is only hitting on that inside edge of the bar. That will not carry the weight correctly and definitely can cause scary sway. The head of the system needs to be positioned correctly and so do the brackets for proper function. I highly recommend you correct the alignment of the system and replace the brackets with the Replacement Frame Brackets for Curt TruTrack... view full answer...
Hey Russell, we sure do! It's the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers item # AL88138. These have a 5,000 lbs capacity that will support the rear end of your Ford E-350 when you're towing a trailer.
How tall is the lift in the rear of your 2005 E-350? We have spacers like the Air Lift Universal Air Spring Spacers for LoadLifter 5000 and 7500XL - 2" Lift - Qty 2 item # AL52420. These will work if you have a lift 2" or taller in the rear end.... view full answer...
Great question, Dave!
After some double checking I can confirm that Rhino Rack part # Y02-480B-NT will work on the factory tracks on the roof of your 2002 Ford Excursion.
What are you planning to mount up on the roof of your Excursion? view full answer...
Hey Patrick,
The Shocker Hitch # SHK47VR would be a solid option for you. It has plenty of capacity for your trailer giving you room to pack it up and not have to worry. I am not sure what size ball you need for that trailer but the # SHK47VR uses a 2-5/16 ball with a 2" rise/drop on it as well. You will have to let me know if you need more of a rise or drop so I can see if there is a better option out there for you. If you already sit pretty level then the # SHK47VR will be a great option... view full answer...
Hello Susan, thanks for reaching out. The Rubber Hollow Bulb Seal # CS68VR you mentioned may work, but we do not have any specs or information on the OEM Ford seal, so this is not something I would be able to compare or confirm. Based on the pictures I found online, they do look quite similar. The # CS68VR is intended for an RV slide out. Your best bet will be to compare the side profile and dimensions to your seal and see if you can find a match.
The # CS68VR seal is 15' long x 1-5/16"... view full answer...
First you should reach out to Air Lift as the Springs # AL57132 do have a Lifetime warranty. They are very good with their warranty department and may be able to help you find a local shop who has the spring in stock to help you get back on the road as soon as possible.
You can also use their dealer locater on their website to find shops near you to see if they have your kit in stock or the correct replacement spring locally or on the way to your next destination if you can't stay in Santa Fe. view full answer...
The "Open Ground" warning message for the Prodigy P3 Brake Controller # 90195 does typically indicate a weak ground connection with the brake controller itself, but it sounds like you've pretty much ruled this out as a possibility. Since this particular error should technically only display when a trailer is actually connected, I wonder if there might be some debris/corrosion built up inside or around the brake output pin on the 7-Way connector.
Especially since you're dealing with an... view full answer...
Thanks for the picture Jim! Yes, you'll definitely need to remove that 7-way and reinstall it. The Curt Hitch item # C14011 is custom fit for a 2000 Ford Excursion and it does not have any pre-drilled holes or slots to attach the 7-way.
We did have a customer attach the factory 7-way to the Curt Hitch item # C14011. I have included the picture they sent in below.
Why are you wanting to replace the factory hitch? You can add this information and any other questions you have where it says... view full answer...
Hey Christopher, it sounds like you are looking for a replacement set of Rhino Rack aero bar end caps that have locks built into them which would be the part # RRVA-LEC4. Hey Pete, we have just what you are looking for with the Firestone Ride Rite kit part # F2255 and then for an automatic leveling compressor kit you'd want the part # F2186-2047 and you'd be set! What will you be towing? My neighbor had a diesel Excursion growing up and I thought that was the coolest SUV ever haha. view full answer...
Hey Gregg! Nobody makes an adapter, so the best option is to cut off the existing connector and rewire a new one like you said. The Pollak Black Plastic, 7-Pole, RV Blade-Style Trailer Socket # PK12-707E is a good choice, they make a lot of the OEM stuff. You could also use the # PK36AV which includes a mounting bracket if you need it. You can use the wiring diagram below to match up all of the functions. view full answer...

Hey Clifford, so in your situation what you'll want to do is inflate the bags with the amount of air you want in them first and then set the WD system up after that. So you will end up using less spring bar tension so you'll need to make some tweaks.
Jacking up the trailer first will still help with the install of the spring bars.
Then for a portable air compressor the part # BDW41001 would work great. view full answer...
