If you really want to be sure you could always pick up a small scale like the # BTBRV004 or # BTBRV99FR.

I wouldn't worry to much about the bumper cuts and it doesn't affect the shudder system like you mentioned either. So for your 2023 Ford Maverick I would go with the base plate kit part # BLU86HR.
