I have a solution for you but the etrailer Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier item # e98ZR and other comparable spare tire carriers at that price range aren't rated for motorhome wheels/tires. The main issue is that the mounting system won't accommodate wheels with large bolt patterns like 8 on 6-1/2". That carrier can only support up to 6 lug wheels that weigh under 121 lbs.

Your Trailer Vin should be able to give you the year it was manufactured. If your Vin is the 17 digit traditional format post early 1980's, then the 10th digit will give you the ending digit of the year it was manufactured. I've attached a photo to assist with the code.

There are a couple of layers of protection between the steel rails in a 5th wheel installation kit such as # C16428-204 and the aluminum bed in the 2017 Ford F-250 4x4 short bed.
