Your best option for a 3-bike rack would be to use a hitch, the Curt # C13383, which is a fit for your vehicle, and a hitch-mounted bike rack. The reason for this is the Hollywood Racks Over-the-Top 3 Bike Rack HRF2-3 must be attached to a trunk or hatch lid made of steel and because your 2017 Chrysler Pacifica hybrid does not have that, you will not want to use this rack.

As this is a Class 1 hitch, your options for a bike rack will be more limited. The Lectric XP4 bikes being as heavy as they are will limit that even more. Hey Kevin! The Curt Hitch item # C13383 does fit the hybrid models of the 2025 Chrysler Pacifica. You're going to want to replace the hardware though. The cause of your blown fuse is most likely a wiring issue. The power wire that leads from the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C56331 to the vehicle's battery will need to be inspected. If you like, you can just replace this wire with part # 10-1-1.
