Air Springs are better for leveling loads and will typically give you a rougher unloaded ride quality so these might not be the best option for your setup depending on what your intended use is. I do have an option for you but the Lippert Components Bolt-On Shock Kit like part # LC281281 is designed for use on overslung axles (leaf springs over axle) only. Therefore, it should not be used with the underslung (leaf springs under axle) axles that you have. The reason for this is that the shock absorbers would not be long enough and there could be interference with the axle tube.

Hey Steve, so between the Curt # C16265 and the Pullrite # PUL36ZR I'd go wit the Curt but not the Q25. I'd go with the A25 # C24FR, which is basically the same thing as the Q25 but does not require the # C88KR adapter.
Only the Curt is going to work out of the box with rotating pin boxes so the Pullrite would need a wedge like # RP99FR or # MR74ZR to work with a rotating pin box, but you'd have to let me know what rotating pin box you have to get you the correct wedge.

The Rota-Flex pin boxes will work just fine with the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package # BWRVK3710 that you're referencing. HI Darryl; the Premier Series was a name used for a while on the Autoslide and other models when Demco switched to use industry standard bed rails. If you look further down on the # DM8550034 product page you will actually see premier series on an older overhead picture of the Autoslide. At this point the only thing it might indicate is that the hitch is older if it has that label on it.

I spoke with my contact at Curt who said that the A20 5th Wheel Hitch # C16140 is compatible with the Trailair Rota-Flex 5th Wheel Pin Box without any additional components.
He did say that they have heard of instances where the rubber pad on the Rota-Flex pops out of place which results in it prematurely wearing down the head unit of the A20 but since that problem is with the pin box you would have this same issue with any 5th wheel hitch.

Hey Daniel, I actually would disagree with your sales guy on whether you need a sliding hitch or not. The short bed of your 2025 Chevy Silverado 3500 is actually one of the longest "short" beds made so that adds turning clearance. Your Alliance Valor 40v13 has a tapered nose and an extended pin box too which was designed for short bed turning clearance without needing a slider so a fixed hitch would work fine and would overall be a better solution.

It sounds like you are hardwiring the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller part # 90195. The red wire should only show power at the brake controller when the brake pedal is depressed. It should be connected to the stop light wire on above the brake pedal that only shows power when the brake is depressed. If it is showing power when the brake pedal is not depressed than it is not connected to the correct wire at the brake pedal.

The included foot pads of that come with the B and W Companion Hitch # BWRVK3500-5W are designed to be used regardless if there is corrugation on the truck bed or not. The shape of them does allow them to fit in corrugation if needed which is nice. If you weren't to use them the hitch wouldn't make contact with the truck bed to support the load of the trailer. The only contact point would be with the gooseneck ball.

Does your trailer have solar panels? We've heard of this issue and and it appears there is a tech bulletin out about how the solar panel kits on trailers make the truck have this issue and disconnecting helps. The tech bulletin is 23-NA-113 and we've heard they are working on a fix for it.

Yes, the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System w Touchpad and Remote # LC675817 will offer a much more stabilized base for your 2012 Keystone Raptor than the OEM scissor stabilizers. That being said, you may not be able to use the 6-point system and will possibly need to go with the 4-point # LC358590 instead.

For your 2018 Chevy Silverado 3500 the B and W Companion hitch part # BWRVK3700 is the best option you have for the factory rail kit. Hey Ted, yes Timbrens would be a great option to add additional suspension support to your 2022 Chevy Silverado 3500. For that I would go with the part # TGMRCK25D though over the # TGMRTT35D as it would still give you the support you are looking for without being too harsh.
